The added caramel flavour is certainly evident but this Latte Macchiato is, for my taste, far too sweet and, therefore, not a particularly pleasant drink. I don't understand why JDE think that virtually all of their customers like very sweet drinks. Not recommended unless you have a very sweet tooth !
