I am very pleased with everything in my order and you get it shipped out the same / next day ,How ever the same cannot be said about royal mail as they have he lol d back my parcel and extra day saying they have had instructions not to deliver on the next day because there is no post on that day and then you get letters, but no coffee it's very annoying and they shouldn't be allowed to do that, I have complained to them but didn't have much luck
