2 tbsp | Boiling Water |
3 tbsp | Caster or Icing Sugar |
200g | Greek Yoghurt |
6 | Caramel Biscuits |
Whipped Cream | |
Cocoa, to dust |
METHOD
- Break 5 of the amaretti biscuits into your serving glass.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Beanies Caramelised Biscuit coffee, boiling water and sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in the Greek yoghurt and whisk vigorously until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour into the serving glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and dunk with the last caramel biscuit.
