CARAMELISED BISCUIT TRIFLE (BEANIES)

|1 tsp||Beanies Caramelised Biscuit Coffee|
|2 tbsp||Boiling Water|
|3 tbsp||Caster or Icing Sugar|
|Cocoa, to dust|
- Break 5 of the amaretti biscuits into your serving glass.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Beanies Caramelised Biscuit coffee, boiling water and sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in the Greek yoghurt and whisk vigorously until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour into the serving glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and dunk with the last caramel biscuit.
