A light and fragrant blend of teas selected from gardens in the foothills of the Himalayas at the peak of the second flush season when the tea at its best. Only then does the the subtle muscatel flavour develop; the result of a unique combination of cool misty climate, high altitude, rich soil and careful plucking and handling. Use a warmed teapot and add one teaspoon of tea per person and an extra 'one for the pot'. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4-5 minutes. Serve on its own, or add milk or a slice of lemon.
