We aim to despatch your order on the same working day if ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday on all stock items. Orders placed until 11am on a Saturday will also be sent same day (except for larger orders which have to go via DPD which will be sent on the following Monday).
In the event that we are out of stock we will contact you and inform you and send the items as soon as possible if you wish to wait.

The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of all the items ordered, this is automatically calculated for you in the shopping basket.
Please note, unlike others, there will be NO extra delivery charges for the following areas:-
Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the Scottish Highlands
Most deliveries will be via Royal Mail, however, for larger orders, couriers may be used.
